2012 Meeting Schedule
Starting in 2011, we meet 6 times a year on the third Wednesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m.
The Board meets in-between the regular meetings.
We vary our meeting locations around the Iron Range so that members from
all over can attend. If you would like to host a meeting or have a
suggestion for a topic or speaker, please contact Shelley at

Safety for the HR
Professional - Are you an HR professional who has been
given the safety hat to wear? If so, this new class has been designed to help
make your responsibilities easier! We will discuss leadership/safety management
skills, safety incentive programs, working with the older workforce, leading
safety committees, overview of OSHA compliance regulations, creating a positive
safety culture, inspections and more. The class will be a combination of
lecture, group work, team building and assessments. Come and share your
