Board Meeting Minutes
8:00 a.m. AEOA, Virginia
In Attendance: Connie Larson, Cathy Pazzelli, Nancy Tepovich, Bobbie Buss, Cheryl Minter
We discussed the April 12th meeting. Nancy will follow up with Jamie & Holly W. to determine the topic and speaker. Cathy will try to find a location on the west Range. The agenda was tentatively set. Nancy will sent out an email to all members as soon as the topic and location are set.
We discussed ways to attract more members. We are down 10 from last year. Nancy will update the brochure and send copies to past members who haven't renewed yet this year. Bobbie will send copies to her clients. Cathy or Nancy will contact SHRM to get a mailing list and send brochures to them. Cheryl will contact local chambers of commerce and see if they would be willing to send brochures to their members. Current members will be encouraged to mention AHRA at other organizations/boards that they belong to. Anyone who wants more brochures should contact Nancy.
We worked on the 2005 Chapter Annual Progress report for SHRM. Cathy will complete it and submit.
We developed goals for 2006.
