Cathy Pazzelli, 2007 AHRA President, welcomed
out-going and in-coming board members, discussed the outcome for the 2007
officer election and reviewed the roles for board members. The following people accepted roles on 2007
AHRA Executive Board:

Cathy reviewed the revised By-laws,
Article 6, that had been recently approved by SHRM. The revised by-laws need to be approved at
the next meeting. Connie Larson has
agreed to continue with web site management.
Members discussed possible topics for future
meetings. It was also suggested to have
a time for members to share information
- to have a mini break-out session.
Approved meeting dates and sites (January 10 in Virginia, April 11 in
Grand Rapids, July 11 in Ely or Tower, and October 10 in Mt Iron).
The Tax ID and filing process is being
researched. A copy of the financial
statement will be sent to board members.
The Chapter Achievement Plan (CAPs) will be filed.
