The Mission of the SHRM Minnesota State Council is to be the central unifying group of the Human Resources professional in Minnesota by:

  • Facilitating chapter growth
  • Providing programs and services to SHRM chapter and at-large members and the Human Resources professional generally
  • Facilitating SHRM and chapter membership development
  • Creating a viable human resource network
  • Creating an effective link with SHRM
